Return Policy

Defective Items:

Defective items are eligible for exchange (applicable only for the same design and size; exchanges for different designs or sizes are not supported) or return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and must include all original tags and packaging.

Exclusions:

Custom-made items, sale items, accessories, jewelry, and intimate apparel are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Process:

Please contact Customer Care to initiate the return or exchange process.
Refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days after the item has been inspected.
Shipping costs may be deducted unless the issue is due to a manufacturing defect.
